Bomi advises a wide range of companies at all stages of mergers and acquisitions and other complex strategic transactions, including public and private company mergers, stock and cash acquisitions, investments, divestitures and carve-out transactions. Bomi’s transactional experience spans across a wide variety of industries, including software, cybersecurity, fintech, consumer products and emerging technologies. She also counsels companies and their boards on a wide variety of corporate matters, including corporate governance, shareholder activism and takeover defense, as well as public and private debt financing transactions.

Bomi is consistently recognized for her outstanding achievements by leading publications such as Chambers, Legal 500, The Deal and Euromoney.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Bomi worked in the corporate practice of a New York-based law firm.
