Carlo assists in the drafting of U.S. and foreign patent prosecution for startup and established clients in his practice. He has significant experience in both software, hardware and electromechanical technologies. Specific technology areas include display technologies such as OLED displays, switching power supplies, malware detection, user interfaces, mapping technologies and automotive technologies.
Carlo has worked as a patent agent and patent engineer since 2007. Prior to joining Fenwick, Carlo was an analog co-op at Fairchild Semiconductor where he pursued working as a field applications engineer intern in the low voltage functional power group. While at Fairchild Semiconductor, Carlo co-authored the following conference paper:
