Glenn is a Ph.D. chemist with extensive research experience in small molecule pharmaceutical and biomolecule technology companies. He is also a registered patent lawyer with ten years’ patent experience.
Glenn represents pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in all areas of patent counseling, including portfolio development, due diligence, and offensive and defensive patent strategy.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Glenn was an associate at an intellectual property law firm based in Palo Alto, where his practice concentrated on strategic IP counseling and developing patent portfolios for a range of clients. Before embarking on his legal career, Glenn was the co-founder and director of chemistry of a venture-backed pharmaceutical startup focusing on the development of small molecule drugs.
