Kristen advises clients in the life sciences and technology industries on all aspects of technology transactions.

During law school, Kristen performed trademark clearance for marketing campaigns while interning at a leading technology company. While interning at Fenwick, she wrote a memo contemplating the future effects of AI on copyright law with a focus on source code. Kristen was also a Senior Submission Editor for the Southern California Law Review.
