Morgan provides strategic counselling to emerging and high growth technology companies ranging from newly formed startups to multibillion-dollar private companies, as well as venture capital firms and corporate venture clients. Her work spans a broad variety of industries and encompasses a broad range of corporate matters, including formations, compensation, venture capital financings, debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and corporate governance. Morgan provides her clients with practical and thoughtful advice to help clients solve problems and achieve goals efficiently. Morgan was named to Super Lawyers’ 2020 Northern California Rising Stars list.
While attending law school, Morgan served on the editorial board of the California Law Review, was the senior executive editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal and participated in the Cleantech to Market Program at Haas Business School. She also served as a research assistant for the U.C. Berkeley Center for Law, Energy and the Environment.
Morgan performed undergraduate research in pharmacology and chemistry at the University of Texas, San Antonio and the University of Kansas.
