Carlo’s practice is focused on the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and international patent applications and patent strategic counseling for clients at all stages including emerging startups to established corporations. He represents clients primarily in the electronics, aerospace, and computer industries. Carlo’s experience includes advising on technologies including liquid crystal display (LCD) and organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display devices, power electronics, wireless communication, augmented and virtual reality, memory devices and interfaces, aerospace, autonomous vehicles, social networking systems, electronic content delivery, and computer security.

Carlo has worked as a patent agent and patent engineer since 2007. Prior to joining Fenwick, Carlo was an analog co-op at Fairchild Semiconductor where he pursued working as a field applications engineer intern in the low voltage functional power group.
