Aaron advises technology and life sciences companies, as well as venture capital firms, on a variety of complex corporate matters critical to growing their businesses.

Aaron has experience representing emerging companies of various sizes at different stages of their business lifecycles including their formation, corporate governance, planning and restructuring, financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Aaron also provides general counseling to public and private companies related to their day-to-day legal needs. He has represented clients across numerous sectors including software, fintech, games, social media, consumer goods, and retail, sports and entertainment. On the venture side, Aaron advises both companies and venture capital firms in private placement financings spanning a diverse set of industries.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Aaron was a corporate associate at a prominent international law firm, where his practice focused on representing both startups and established companies on a wide range of corporate transactions.

During law school, Aaron co-founded the Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital Association and was the president of the Sports Law Society. He also served as a judicial extern to the Justice Frank Y. Jackson of the California Court of Appeal.
