Her practice is distinguished by a strategic, business-oriented approach to brand protection, helping clients safeguard and maximize the value of their IP assets across international markets.

Allyson has over a decade of experience partnering with leading companies across a diverse range of industries—including artificial intelligence and machine learning, consumer technology, health and wellness, food and beverage, personal care, pharmaceutical, retail, and fashion—providing tailored guidance that aligns with each client’s commercial objectives and risk profile. Allyson is particularly adept at navigating complex cross-border enforcement matters and developing strategic global filing programs. Allyson is active in the International Trademark Association (INTA) and is a member of the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Project Team.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Allyson was an associate at an international law firm where she counseled clients with regards to their trademark and copyright needs and a partner at a boutique firm focusing on all aspects of brand protection for consumer products clients.
