Bomi Lee concentrates her practice on representing public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions and other complex strategic transactions, including investments, divestitures and carve-out transactions. She also counsels companies and their boards on a wide variety of corporate matters, including corporate governance and activism and takeover defense, and has extensive experience in public and private debt financing transactions. Bomi was named to The Deal’s 2019 Rising Stars list and was also honored as one of The Recorder’s 2018 Next Generation Women Leaders in Tech Law.

    • $7.4B sale of its Veritas information management business to The Carlyle Group

    • $2.3B acquisition of LifeLock
    • Sale of website security business to DigiCert for $950M and 30% equity
  • Multiple asset sales for public company clients, including:

    • Hewlett-Packard Company
