Eric advises on a broad variety of litigation matters to support clients in the technology industry. He represents companies ranging from startups to large corporations across a diverse number of industries, including speech recognition, software, e-commerce, games, online media and payments. In his blockchain practice, Eric has advised companies in connection with token generation events, regulatory inquiries and business development and litigation strategies. He has substantial experience in all phases of trial court litigation, as well as at the appellate level, including: representing clients at trial and during pretrial proceedings in high-stakes litigation matters; arguing and drafting dispositive motions in federal court; taking and defending both fact and expert depositions; and leading discovery matters.
