Jessica Kaempf focuses her practice on litigation and patent litigation matters for life sciences and technology-based clients. She has represented companies in matters involving patent infringement, trademark infringement, and post-merger and acquisition disputes. Jessica has extensive experience taking depositions, managing discovery, preparing for trial, and performing patent infringement and validity analyses.
Jessica is also extremely active in pro bono. Her pro bono work has included drafting patent applications to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, consulting companies on IP licensing matters, and assisting organizations with incorporating and filing for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Jessica worked as an associate at a prominent litigation firm in New York.
During law school, Jessica was the staff editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law.
