Karen Webb focuses her practice on international trademark and domain protection and development. She advises clients on brand creation, selection, protection, expansion, and enforcement.
Karen is active in the International Trademark Association (INTA) and is a member of the Enforcement Committee. Karen has also been involved with the San Francisco Intellectual Property Law Association (SFIPLA) as the Trademark Co-Chair.
With a particular interest in trademarks and the internet, while in law school she served as a Comments Editor on the Santa Clara Law Review and authored, The "Appeal" of the Internet–Looking at the Uniform Domain Name Resolution Policy and How it is Newly Influenced by the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act, 43 Santa Clara L. Rev. 1431 (2003). She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge James Ware, United States District Court, Northern District of California in 2003.
