Sheeva J. Ghassemi-Vanni advises employers on all stages of employment and a multitude of issues such as hiring, progressive discipline, and termination; employee handbooks; reductions in force; leaves of absence; disability accommodation; wage and hour issues; non-competition and non-solicitation covenants; social media; and compliance with state and federal employment laws. She also represents employers in litigation regarding age, gender, race, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, and religious discrimination; sexual harassment; wrongful termination; retaliation; wage and hour disputes; and trade secrets. Sheeva serves as the General Counsel for the San Jose/Silicon Valley NAACP and is on the Board of Directors of the Mountain View Chamber of Commerce.
