Litigation Chair Rodger Cole Distinguished as Delivering Absolute Best Client Service
Mountain View, CA (February 4, 2014) – Fenwick & West is pleased to announce that Litigation Chair Rodger Cole has been nominated by corporate counsel as among “an elite group of standout attorneys” recognized as “the absolute best at delivering client service” on BTI Client Service All-Stars 2014. Cole, who represents high technology companies in intellectual property and commercial litigation, is among only 21 intellectual property lawyers nationwide to be nominated by corporate counsel to receive this recognition, according to Law360.

In 2013, three appellate courts affirmed victories his teams achieved in the trial courts, including a dismissal of a privacy consumer class action against CBS Interactive, a copyright infringement dismissal for clients Sega of America and Electronic Arts, and a defamation dismissal asserted by former NBA Star Scottie Pippen against client Mint Software.
