Molly focuses her practice on complex commercial, privacy and intellectual property litigation, counseling and investigations for technology-based companies. She has extensive experience defending consumer-facing tech companies in class actions related to privacy, data protection, and deceptive advertising. Her experience spans federal and state trial court cases and appeals involving privacy, data breach, CIPA, TCPA, EFTA, CFAA, unfair competition, false advertising, fraud and warranty issues.
Molly has also guided clients through high-volume, high-stakes mass arbitration campaigns, developing and implementing creative solutions and tailored strategies to manage thousands of individual claims filed in parallel. This includes coordinating with arbitration providers, streamlining arbitration processes, and leveraging procedural and contractual defenses to contain exposure. Molly and her team leverage technology, AI, and custom-built software at every stage of mass arbitrations to gain a strategic advantage over claimants’ counsel, maximize outcomes, and simultaneously reduce costs and create operational efficiencies.
Molly leverages her in-house litigation experience at Uber to quickly understand clients’ key business drivers and develop practical strategies to win or resolve a dispute that aligns with the business’s needs.
