Fenwick M&A co-chair Doug Cogen will be speaking on a panel at the Directors Roundtable Institute covering mergers & acquisitions; technology and innovation; national security and CFIUS; and intellectual property.
The panel is part of the Directors Roundtable Institute program honoring distinguished general counsel. The Institute will be presenting Carolyn Herzog and Arm’s Legal Department with the leading global honor for general counsel and law departments.
The Directors Roundtable Institute is a 501(c)(3) which organizes the preeminent worldwide programming for directors and their advisors including general counsel.
Cogen was recently named among the top 100 lawyers in California by the Daily Journal, as well as Lawyer of the Year for technology and telecom dealmaking by The Deal.
