Fenwick Represents Tenor Therapy in Acquisition by Grow Therapy

Fenwick represented Tenor Therapy, a HIPAA-compliant, AI-powered clinical support tool that generates therapy notes and assists with documentation, in its acquisition by Grow Therapy, a virtual mental health platform.

Tenor’s product will be sunset and no longer available after Feb. 28, as the company prioritizes building and enhancing capabilities directly in the Grow Therapy platform. More information can be obtained from the news announcement.
