Sammi advises life sciences and technology companies on a variety of corporate matters, including venture capital financing, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.

During law school, Sammi was a staff editor for the UC Law Journal and published a student note titled "The Latest Interface: Using Data Privacy as a Sword and Shield in Antitrust Litigation." She also participated as a Student Associate in the corporate module of UC Law SF’s Startup Legal Garage, where she advised emerging technology companies on a variety of broad corporate matters under the supervision of leading corporate law firms. Prior to joining Fenwick, Sammi was a Summer Associate at both a prominent technology company and multinational law firm.
