Fenwick Represents Wonder in $650M Series D Round

Fenwick represented Wonder, a leading food technology platform, in its $650 million Series D round at a pre-money valuation of $9 billion. The round included existing investors Accel, Google Ventures, and New Enterprise Associates and new investments from funds managed by AllianceBernstein, ARK Invest, and Kayne Anderson Rudnick Investment Management.

Wonder will use the funds to support its continued physical expansion, marketplace growth, and investments in technology, robotics and artificial intelligence. More information can be obtained here.
