Tracy works closely with founders throughout the company lifecycle, from formation and early-stage financings through growth rounds, strategic partnerships, and exits. She helps companies navigate the critical decisions involved in turning complex technologies into scalable businesses, including raising capital, structuring corporate governance, and building and incentivizing high-performing teams.

Before pursuing a career in law, Tracy worked in product marketing at a global technology company, supporting products ranging from established enterprise offerings to emerging consumer technologies. That experience informs her practical and commercially grounded approach to working with companies. She communicates directly, distills complex legal issues into clear choices, and gives founders actionable advice tailored to the business decisions in front of them.
