Fenwick Represents Bluesky in $100M Series B Funding

Fenwick represented Bluesky, a social platform designed for open and decentralized public conversation, in its $100 million Series B funding. The round was led by Bain Capital Crypto with participation from Alumni Ventures, Anthos Capital, Bloomberg Beta, Knight Foundation, and True Ventures.
