Fenwick Represents Luminai in $38M Series B Funding

Fenwick represented Luminai, a provider of an operational agent platform that orchestrates work across teams and systems, in its $38 million Series B funding. The round was led by Peak XV Partners (formerly Sequoia India), with participation from Define Ventures, General Catalyst, Y Combinator, and Scribble Ventures
