Fenwick Represents Ivo in $55M Series B Funding

Fenwick represented Ivo, an AI-powered contract intelligence platform that helps in-house legal teams, in its $55 million Series B funding. The round was led by Blackbird with participation from Costanoa Ventures, Uncork Capital, Fika Ventures, GD1, and Icehouse Ventures.

Ivo will use the funds to deepen its platform, increase its enterprise capabilities, and expand internationally. More information can be obtained from Ivo’s announcement.
