Fenwick & West represented Facebook, Inc. (NASDAQ: FB), the leading social media site, in its acquisition of India-based Little Eye Software Labs Private Limited, creators of a performance analysis tool for the Android mobile platform. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
