Fenwick & West represented Facebook, Inc. (NASDAQ: FB), the leading social media site, in its acquisition of To Be Honest (tbh), a mobile application for giving anonymous positive feedback that has been downloaded by more than 5 million users. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition will help Facebook continue to build on its core value of connecting people through positive interactions.
