Ana advises on intellectual property matters with a focus on technology transactions, including technology and software licensing, IP issues in mergers, acquisitions, asset purchases, and venture capital and strategic investments.

Ana also advises clients on privacy issues in M&A transactions, including compliance with EU and U.S. privacy laws and regulations regarding the processing, transfer and use of personal and other data. She was named one of The Recorder’s 2018 Women Leaders in Tech Law, New Generation Leaders.

Prior to attending law school, Ana was an auditor for Ernst & Young. She holds a CPA license in California (inactive).

Ana is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).
