Fenwick & West LLP represented Keas Inc., a market leader in corporate health and wellness, in its recently announced $8 million financing. The transaction was led by Ignition Partners and Atlas Venture.
The company also announced its partnership with Fitbit, RunKeeper, GAIN Fitness, meQuilibrium and LabCorp; and its leadership team expansion with Laura Tullman joining as VP of Marketing and Marty Funk joining as VP of Sales.
