Fenwick & West represented Oodle, Inc. in its sale of assets to California Voices, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of QVC, Inc., a global leader in video and e-commerce retail. California Voices will acquire substantially all of the assets of Oodle, Inc., the social commerce leader that runs a leading network of online marketplaces. The transaction is expected to close by December 31, 2012. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
