Fenwick & West LLP represented Science Media LLC, a technology operating company specializing in the creation and rapid scaling of digital businesses, in its recently announced minority equity investment. The investment included participation from sole investor, Hearst Ventures, a unit of Hearst Corporation. As part of the investment, George Kliavkoff, executive vice president and deputy group head of Hearst Entertainment & Syndication, will join the Science Media Board of Directors.
