Fenwick & West represented SGN Games Inc., the fast-growing independent mobile gaming company, in its acquisition of TinyCo, Inc., developers of mobile games based on recognizable Hollywood brands. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition will leave SGN with a greater variety of games, an important strategy in a business where consumers may quickly leave one popular title for another.
