Fenwick Represents Ready Player Me in Acquisition by Netflix

Fenwick represented Ready Player Me, an avatar-creation platform based in Estonia, in its acquisition by Netflix, a global subscription-based streaming service.

With the acquisition, Netflix plans to use the startup’s development tools and infrastructure to build avatars that will allow Netflix subscribers to carry their personas and fandom across different games. More information can be obtained from the news announcement.
