Fenwick & West represented Workday, Inc. (NYSE: WDAY), a leading provider of enterprise cloud applications for human resource and finance, in its acquisition of Zaption, Inc., an interactive video-based learning platform. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition will allow Zaption to expand their reach by rebuilding their technology as a part of Workday’s applications, including the highly anticipated Workday Learning. More information about Workday’s acquisition of Zaption can be obtained from the company blog.
