Fenwick & West Represents Green Dot in its Initial Public Offering

Fenwick & West LLP represented Green Dot Corporation (NYSE: GDOT) in its initial public offering. Green Dot, based in Monrovia, CA, is a prepaid financial services company. The offering raised approximately $188.7 million for Green Dot stockholders, which collectively sold 5,241,758 shares of Green Dot Class A common stock in the offering. J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley acted as joint book-running managers, and Deutsche Bank Securities, Piper Jaffray & Co. and UBS Securities LLC served as co-managers for the offering.
