Fenwick & West has represented Intuit in its $42 million acquisition of Sebastopol, California-based OMware Inc. OMware is a private company that makes accounting and job estimating software called "Master Builder" for construction companies and real estate contractors.
Fenwick's team was led by Corporate partner Ken Linhares with help from associates Tram Phi, Kathleen Greeson and Andrew Schultheis. Tax partner Walter Raineri and associate Greg Hartker provided advice on tax issues.
