This two-day event will be comprised of substantive sessions on international tax topics, featuring prominent speakers from private practice, industry, and government.

Subjects will include: Tax Planning for the Termination of Operations; The Structural Soundness of Pillar II; Crypto Assets; Final Foreign Tax Credit Regulations; and much more. The goal of the conference is to enable attendees to discuss the technical aspects of recent changes in US tax rules in various specialty areas, what is coming from the OECD, Congress, and other countries and to engage in effective tax planning for client and employers.

Fenwick's Larissa Neumann will moderate the panel “Where is the Best Location for a Headquarters Company?” and Julia Ushakova-Stein will participate in the panel "Traps for the Wary: Cross-Border Tax Conundrums."
