The goal of the conference is to enable attendees to discuss the technical aspects of recent changes in US tax rules in various specialty areas, what is coming from the OECD, Congress, and other countries and to engage in effective tax planning for client and employers.

Fenwick's Larissa Neumann will moderate the panel “Where is the Best Location for a Headquarters Company?” and Julia Ushakova-Stein will participate in the panel "Traps for the Wary: Cross-Border Tax Conundrums."
