Fenwick & West LLP represented Auction.com, a leading online real estate marketplace, in its recently announced $50 million round of investment from Google Capital, a growth equity fund backed by Google. In addition, a representative from Google Capital will join the Auction.com board of directors and another will be a board observer.
The round of funding will give the company an opportunity to tap into their deep expertise in digital marketing and mobile, as well as building world-class products.
