Fenwick & West LLP represented Demandforce, a San Francisco-based company that provides an SaaS application that helps small businesses automate marketing and customer communications, in its agreement to be acquired by Intuit Inc. (NASDAQ: INTU), a leading provider of business and financial management solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. The cash transaction, valued at approximately $423.5 million, is expected to close in May 2012.
