She represents companies in complex venture and debt financings, mergers & acquisitions, intellectual property protection and licensing transactions, and public offerings.
Kristine is passionate about working with founders and teams that are developing cutting-edge technologies, and transforming industries and the way we live. She provides clients with practical and thoughtful advice to help solve their business and legal issues, and assists clients in structuring, negotiating and closing business transactions quickly and effectively. Kristine also represents and advises leading incubators, angel investors and venture capitalists.
Kristine is a frequent guest lecturer at Cornell University on technology entrepreneurship and venture capital topics.
She was a founding partner of Fenwick’s New York office, which opened in June 2016.
