Fenwick & West represented e-Builder Inc, a leading SaaS-based construction program management solution for capital program owners and program management firms, in its acquisition by Trimble (NASDAQ: TRMB), a leading provider of products and services for enterprise lifecycle solutions, for $500 million in cash.
The acquisition of e-Builder accelerates value creation for both owners and contractions, and extends Trimble’s ability to accelerate industry transformation through expansion of its construction management solutions.
