Eric Shedlosky focuses his practice on debt finance transactions, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions. He regularly represents companies, ranging from early startups to mature public companies, in connection with a variety of secured lending and other corporate financing transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, ABL facilities and acquisition financings. He also represents companies and investors in venture capital financings, growth capital financings, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
Prior to joining Fenwick & West, Eric worked as an associate in the New York office of a leading international law firm.
During law school, Eric was a senior articles editor for the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology.
