Fenwick Represents CesiumAstro in Acquisition of Jariet Technologies

Fenwick is representing CesiumAstro, a global leader in advanced space communications and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) systems, in its acquisition of Jariet Technologies, a mmWave RF System-on-Chip (RF-SoC) semiconductor company.

The acquisition brings semiconductor design in-house, strengthening CesiumAstro’s ability to deliver high-performance communications and sensing systems across commercial, civil and national security customers through trusted U.S. semiconductor technology.
