Ben represents private and public companies in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including asset sales, stock purchases, mergers, divestitures, carve-outs, and auctions. His practice focuses on artificial intelligence, fintech, and software, with experience in consumer technologies and financial services. His cross-border transactions span North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. He also advises on corporate governance, including board and committee matters, and related regulatory and securities issues.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Ben was an associate at a leading international law firm, where he represented private companies and private equity sponsors in domestic and cross-border transactions.

During law school, Ben served as an executive articles editor for the Brooklyn Law Review.
