Fenwick Represents Databricks in Acquisition of Panther Labs

Fenwick is representing Databricks, the data and AI company, in its pending acquisition of Panther Labs, an AI SOC platform.

The acquisition will advance Databricks’ vision for the security lakehouse, a new category of security software that is disrupting legacy SIEM with an agentic approach. More information can be obtained from Databrick’s announcement.
