Adine advises clients on technology transactions and IP matters in a wide variety of industries, focusing on consumer technology, digital media, artificial intelligence, and machine learning technology. Her experience includes structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements and complex licensing and strategic collaboration arrangements for emerging-growth consumer and enterprise technology companies. Adine's practice also includes advising technology clients on the technology and IP aspects of mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures, and capital markets offerings.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Adine was an associate in the intellectual property and technology group at a leading international law firm.

Adine sits on the Advisory Board of the American Friends of the Ludwig Foundation of Cuba, which supports Cuba's art and film community. She is also an active member of the Artificial Intelligence and Other Emerging Technologies Committee of the Intellectual Property Owners Association.
