Ethan is an experienced deal lawyer who helps guide clients through strategic transactions of all sizes, often involving cutting-edge technologies, including artificial intelligence, augmented reality, digital therapeutics and gene therapy.

Ethan advises clients on M&A transactions on both the buy-side and the sell-side, drawing on years of experience leading deals in the technology and life sciences industries.

Ethan also acts as an outside advisor to technology and life sciences companies on corporate governance and other matters, and regularly represents venture capital and private equity investors in technology and life sciences investments.
