Ethan is a leading technology and life sciences M&A lawyer who has completed hundreds of transactions across a wide range of industries, including software, gaming, e-commerce, artificial intelligence, social networking and life sciences. Ethan represents both public and private companies on acquisitions, sales and other complex strategic and financing transactions. Ethan also acts as an outside advisor to industry disrupting technology and life sciences companies on corporate governance and other matters, and regularly represents venture capital and private equity investors in investments.

Ethan’s work has been consistently recognized by leading legal publications, such as Chambers USA, The Legal 500, Super Lawyers and The BTI Consulting Group.

Ethan currently serves as a member of Fenwick’s compensation committee, and previously served as a member of the firm’s executive committee. He is resident in Fenwick’s New York office.
