Trevor advises technology and life sciences companies on a broad range of trade and national security matters, including export controls, economic sanctions, outbound investment restrictions, and CFIUS. Trevor counsels clients on day-to-day compliance matters, prepares export classification ruling requests and license applications, performs buy-side and sell-side corporate diligence, and represents clients in enforcement matters before U.S. government regulators.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Trevor worked as a law clerk for the U.S. House of Representatives Financial Services Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations. He also worked in a multinational corporation’s internal export compliance function. During law school, Trevor was an online editor of the Indiana Law Journal.
