Christian advises technology and life sciences companies on compensation and benefits matters arising from corporate transactions.

While in law school, Christian was a student associate at the Entrepreneurs’ Law Clinic, which services the active local startup community, and served as an associate for the Santa Clara High Technology Law Journal. He also interned at several law firms with a focus on business, tax, and transactions law.
