Fenwick Represents Passage Bio in Definitive Merger Agreement with Remix Therapeutics

Fenwick is representing Passage Bio, Inc. (Nasdaq: PASG), in its definitive merger agreement with Remix Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing small molecule therapies to modulate RNA processing and address the underlying drivers of disease.

The combined company will operate as Remix Therapeutics and advance Remix’s pipeline of novel small molecule therapies designed to reprogram RNA processing and address disease drivers at their origin. More information can be obtained from Passage Bio’s announcement.
