Doo Soo represents companies on a variety of corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Doo Soo worked at a leading business law firm with a focus on middle market mergers and acquisitions, along with emerging companies and venture capital financing transactions. While in law school, he served as the chief technical editor of the Loyola Law Review and a student honors program intern with the Securities and Exchange Commission (Enforcement Division).
