Fenwick is representing Kentik, a network intelligence and observability platform, in its pending acquisition by Infoblox, a platform for preemptive security and critical network services.
The acquisition of Kentik unites multiple network traffic sources of truth, with AI-guided intelligence, providing organizations with the visibility needed to proactively identify and remediate issues and act with confidence. More information can be obtained from Kentik’s announcement.
